Women Healing Together is a monthly rhythm of rest and connection. We slow down, care for our bodies and spirits, and remember that we were never meant to carry everything alone.

Why we gather
Every day in my treatment room, women tell me the same story. They are the caretakers, the planners, the ones holding everything together. Somewhere along the way, they stopped making space for themselves.
I created Women Healing Together to give that space back. A place to breathe, to be poured into instead of pouring out, and to sit among women who understand. No performance, no pressure. Just presence.
I believe beauty is wellness, and wellness is wealth. When a woman feels at home in her body and supported by her circle, she walks back into her life with more confidence, more softness and more power.
What we'll be doing
Each month has its own theme, timed to the season and the moon. Come to one or come to all.
Sound baths, yoga, meditation, Pilates and themed workshops. Full moon sessions for release, new moon sessions for intention.
Dress up, sit down and celebrate each other at a themed brunch or evening at a local restaurant. Think Friendsgiving, a Grinch holiday night and a Kentucky Derby brunch.
An after-hours evening of skin, glow and self-love rituals, with expert guidance from a licensed esthetician and a new theme each month.
